2024 Donate Life West Virginia Hospital Challenge

The Donate Life West Virginia Hospital Challenge encourages West Virginia hospitals to increase organ donation awareness and donor designations within their hospital and community.

The awareness and designation activities are captured on a scorecard for participating hospitals to achieve levels based on point totals.

The Hospital Challenge Scorecard you’ll be using has been specially designed to make the process easy for you and consistent across all users. To enter the competition, your team must use the automated scorecard, which you may download below.
